We are pleased to announce long-time principals Clint Nessmith and Matt Chambers will be transitioning to leadership roles as founders Rob Radcliff and Mike Trubiano shift to Of Counsel status with the firm. Rob and Mike will remain involved with RDG on specific projects and consulting engagements as needed, but both are very excited about a less hectic schedule that allows them to spend more time with their families and pursue other interests.
“This has been years in the making and is really about clearing a path for fresh, new leadership” said Rob Radcliff, Managing Principal of RDG. “Mike and I have been working with Clint and Matt to ensure a seamless transition as we step-back and they take on greater leadership roles in the firm.” Mike added “renewed energy and perspectives will infuse RDG with creativity and innovation for decades to come.”
“Rob and Mike have been my professional mentors for two decades,” stated Clint. “We have covered a lot of ground together, beginning in 2000 when I was first hired by the firm.” Matt stated “RDG has been built to be an industry leader and we are looking forward to continuing to service our clients in the manner they have become accustomed.”
Clint will become Chief Executive Officer and Matt Chief Operating Officer effective January 1, 2022. The entire RDG team will be attending the IEDC Conference in Nashville October 1–3 and looks forward to seeing you there.
