BEFORE I JOINED RDG, I …

• Worked as a campaign manager at The Suddes Group, based in Columbus Ohio where I learned the fundamentals of conducting leadership assessment interviews, direct solicitation and overall campaign management.

• Operated Discovery Search Group, a retained search firm specializing in engineering recruitment for utilities, Fortune 500 corporations and aseptic packaging companies worldwide.

• Began my working career as a Group Representative for Union Mutual Insurance company marketing employee benefit programs to the insurance brokerage industry in Southern Ohio and West Virginia.
