Chip has served as Team Leader on 25+ economic development funding campaigns ranging from countywide organizations in Ohio, Michigan, North Carolina, Indiana, Missouri, and Virginia to major metro regional initiatives including more recent engagements in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Memphis, Tennessee, and Columbus, Ohio . Chip has successfully assessed, advised and funded new program start-ups, organizational re-structures, as well as mature economic development organizations. His experience spans from single county EDO’s to complex, multi-jurisdictional regional entities.

Prior to launching Resource Development Group in 1995, Chip was a Senior Partner with The Suddes Group, specializing in fundraising campaigns for local and regional economic development organizations. He also served as President of Discovery Search Group, an executive search firm specializing in engineering and packaging industry recruitment.

Chip received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and Economics from Ohio Wesleyan University where he was a strong safety and punter for the Battling Bishops. He currently resides in Powell, Ohio with his wife Julie.

Prior to joining Resource Development Group, Clint was a partner at Capital Funding Strategies, Inc. (now Resource Development Group)., Director of Development at Armstrong Atlantic State University in Savannah, GA, Director of Major Gifts at Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, GA and project manager for the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce’s Forward Atlanta campaign.

Clint has successfully worked around the country to facilitate economic development funding for RDG’s clients, including in markets such as Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; North Louisiana; Jacksonville, Florida; Greensboro, North Carolina; Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; and San Angelo, Texas.

Additionally, Clint is also a member of Georgia Southern University’s Center for Entrepreneurial Learning and Leadership Advisory Council and the Georgia Southern Botanical Gardens Advisory Board. He was also a member of the City of Statesboro’s Twenty Year Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee.

Clint earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and a minor in Communication Arts from Georgia Southern University in 1999.

Clint resides in Statesboro, GA with his wife Elizabeth and their two daughters, Rebecca and Anna.

Rob’s expertise includes economic development, government relations and corporate giving. He was Senior Partner at The Suddes Group for six years prior to launching Capital Funding Strategies, now Resource Development Group. Earlier in his career he served as Vice President of Government Affairs for The Columbus Area Chamber of Commerce, as Executive Assistant to the President at Bank One and as Staff Director of the Ohio Senate’s Economic Development and Small Business Committee.

In 1980, Rob was awarded his Bachelor of Arts degree from The Ohio State University, majoring in Political Science with a minor in Economics. He received his Juris Doctor from The Capital University School of Law in 1987. Rob and his wife, Donna, live in Columbus, Ohio with their two youngest children. They also have two adult sons, one completing his Ph.D. at the University of Edinburgh (United Kingdom) and the other living in Fort Myers, Florida.

Prior to joining Resource Development Group, Curt was a Partner at Capital Funding Strategies, Inc. (now Resource Development Group),Senior Counsel with The Hodge Group, Partner with the Suddes Group and Senior Counsel with Hodge, Cramer & Associates.

Curt earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Communications from Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio.  He resides in Columbus with his wife, Jean, and their two daughters.

Before joining RDG, Joe served as an Account Executive for Infocision, located in Akron Ohio where he supervised national fundraising programs for political issue advocacy programs and the Republican National Congressional Committee. Joe also has more than 3 years of experience working as a field representative for Congressmen David Hobson and John Kasich, as well as Assistant Events Coordinator for Senator George Voinovich.

Joe has managed numerous successful funding initiatives including campaigns in Defiance (OH), Fremont (OH), Lorain (OH) and North Louisiana.

Joe earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science from Kent State University and a Master’s Degree in Applied Politics from the University of Akron. He currently lives in Akron, Ohio with his wife, Amy and their children.

Prior to joining Resource Development Group, Mark served as Executive Director of the Evans County Family Connection and Evans County Community Foundation, Prospect Research Analyst at Georgia Southern University, Chief-of-Staff for Georgia State Senator Jack Hill and Campaign Manager for the Jack Hill for Senate Campaign.

Mark has managed and assisted on numerous multi-year funding campaigns throughout the country including campaigns for the Carolinas Gateway Partnership (NC), St. Johns County Chamber of Commerce (FL), Myrtle Beach Regional Economic Development Corporation (SC), Greensboro Partnership (NC) and North Louisiana Economic Partnership (LA).

In addition to campaign management, Mark serves as RDG’s research analyst providing technical support and prospect research for RDG campaigns.

Mark received his Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from Georgia Southern University. He resides in Statesboro, Georgia with his wife and children.

Mike has a long history of experience in mid and large metro economic development funding, managing projects in markets such as Atlanta, Pittsburgh, St. Louis, Dallas, Tampa, Orlando and Jacksonville (FL) among others. He has managed campaigns generating close to $200 million for client organizations.

Mike graduated from The Ohio State University School of Journalism in 1982 and currently resides in Columbus, Ohio with his wife, Terry and their three children.
