Nicole comes to Resource Development Group with a strong background in economic development fundraising. Prior to joining RDG, Nicole worked for the International Economic Development Council, the premier national membership organization for economic developers. While there, she was in charge of fundraising for all four of IEDC’s yearly conferences and raised upwards of $335,000 annually while simultaneously supporting local host committees in their fundraising efforts.
Nicole started her career in Paris, France for think tank Institut de Relations Internationales et Strategiques. Nicole also spent time working as a political operative in Washington, DC where she aided in bringing important technology to field operations during the 2010 Congressional election.
While working with RDG, Nicole has raised millions of dollars in operating revenue and has supported projects for over a dozen organizations in Michigan, Ohio, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Arkansas, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Illinois and New York for clients that include The Middle Michigan Development Corporation, Carolinas Gateway Partnership (NC), JAXUSA Partnership (FL) and the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce (SC).
Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations, Comparative Cultures and Politics, and French from the James Madison College at Michigan State University. She is an active alumna member of Alpha Chi Omega Sorority as well as a Family Readiness Volunteer for the United States Marine Corps. She resides in Beaufort, South Carolina with her husband, a Marine.
