One of Resource Development Group’s principals, Clint has been on the RDG team for nearly 15 years and has raised over $150 million in operating revenue for our clients.

Clint has managed campaigns in Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Mississippi, Texas, Oklahoma, and Nevada for clients that include The Greater Oklahoma City Chamber, Metro Atlanta Chamber, JAXUSA Partnership in Jacksonville, FL, the Las Vegas Global Economic Alliance, and the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce among many others.

Clint excels in integrating seamlessly with our clients as he develops and implements highly organized campaign strategies specifically customized to each unique situation. Additionally, his breadth of experience with some of the most well-respected organizations in the industry allows Clint the opportunity to share best practices with our clients as it relates to developing and implementing their respective programs of work.

In addition to working with RDG, Clint has also been Director of Development at Armstrong Atlantic State University, where he managed both the university’s fundraising and alumni relations operations. He also spent time as Director of Major Gifts at his alma mater, Georgia Southern University, where he solicited prospects for the College of Business, College of Science and Technology, and the College of Graduate Studies. Clint began his career out of college as Project Manager for the Metro Atlanta Chamber’s Forward Atlanta initiative where he worked directly with RDG managing principals Rob Radcliff and Mike Trubiano to assist them in their campaign management efforts.

Clint holds a B.S. in Political Science from Georgia Southern University. Currently, Clint serves on advisory boards for Georgia Southern’s Botanical Garden and The Boys and Girls Club of Bulloch County. Clint has also served on Georgia Southern’s Center for Entrepreneurial Learning and Leadership Advisory Board and was a member of the City of Statesboro’s Twenty Year Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee. Clint was also recognized by the Statesboro Herald as a Statesboro/Bulloch County 20 under 40 honoree in 2012.

Clint resides in Statesboro, GA with his wife Elizabeth their two daughters and son.
